This week’s Happy Hour is a musical & literary journey divided up between texts read aloud from American author Bret Easton Ellis’ “Letters from L.A” and music chosen for its geographical references or its West coast vibe.

From Bowie to Duran Duran, to Parov Stelar, Angelo Badalamenti (composer for David Lynch films), and even Razorlight…from light to dark – the frivolous side of Hollywood has a mysterious underbelly – it all catches up with you in the end…just like for Anne the innocent letter writer from New York…
